Much of what he was doing was to install coal furnaces, and later to convert the old coal furnace into gas and oil. Whether it was a gas or oil furnace, MD Sarvey was the guy to know. In 1960, Marlin's son, Sonny came on board, eventually taking over the reins as owner in 1983.
