On Friday evening a woman came home to her residence in rural Langlade County to find her daughter in her bedroom with a boy claiming to be 17. The woman asked him to stay in the kitchen until law enforcement arrived. The male said he had taken a cab from Wausau to get to the residence. After investigation it was determined the boy was actually 23, and resided in California. He was arrested for sexual assault of a child, using a computer to facilitate a sex crime, exposing a minor to harmful material, and obstruction. The mans phone was seized by sheriffs deputies and further charges are possible.
