Area residents are reminded that if you have been called to run your water to do so until you're told to stop. The city of Antigo dealt with several problems last winter due to the cold temperatures with water pipes freezing. Well over 100 repairs had to be completed, and the order of many street projects had to be changed to fix the problems. The city contacts several residents yearly before the winter begins to run their water, based on past history.
