For kids Sharps Tae Kwon Do is a sports program that improves fitness, focus and discipline. For adults Sharps Tae Kwon Do means stimulating, aerobic workouts that reduce stress and increase flexibility.
27-year martial arts veteran, Josh Sharp and his staff, provide instruction in Taekwondo, Hapkido, Grappling and Weapons.
Sharps Tae Kwon Do offers classes, Monday through Saturday, with morning and evening sessions available.
Sharps has specialized programs for kids age 3 and up -- adult classes, family classes, private lessons and now senior classes, for students age 50 and up.
