DECATUR, FRANKLIN & RIPLEY COUNTIES - Indiana Department of Transportations contractor for the $61 million full-depth pavement replacement project on Interstate 74 between the New Point exit and State Road 101 tentatively schedules ramp openings and closures.

Eastbound on- and off-ramps at the Penntown/Sunman exit in Ripley County should reopen tonight (NOV 1). Through traffic will continue to be restricted to the left lane between mile markers 155.0 and 156.0.
Westbound traffic will be shifted to the left lane between mile markers 156.0 and 155.0 with westbound on- and off-ramps closing at the Penntown/ Sunman exit Thursday morning (NOV 2).
Eastbound on- and off-ramps at the New Point exit at mile marker 143.0 in Decatur County are scheduled to open to traffic on Wednesday, November 8, after a 15-day closure. Westbound ramps at that exit were reopened one week ago.
