A Greensburg woman faces allegations of invasion of privacy (class A misdemeanor) and criminal mischief (class B misdemeanor). 34-year old Leona Keller was charged in Decatur County Superior Court on June 7th.

According to court documents, Greensburg Police Department officers were dispatched to a residence on N Moscow Road on a report of trespassing. Officers met with 2 witnesses, who both gave statements that the suspect was inside the residence tearing things up. When officers entered the residence, they found the suspect laying in a bed complaining of an injured leg.

According to the police report, the suspect stated that she had tripped over a coffee table. Officers stated that multiple pieces of furniture had been flipped, wall and room décor had been taken down and scattered. Kitchen items had also been broken.

In her statement, the suspect alleged that one of the witnesses had caused the scene. At that point, officers are said to have discovered that the suspect and a witness were under a protective order. The suspect allegedly admitted to direct contact with the man.

The suspect was transported to the Decatur County Jail, where she alleged that officers had shot her and made threats that she would harm herself in jail. The suspect took a portable breath test with a result of .075% BrAc.
