According to court documents, a Greensburg Police Department officer was dispatched to North Broadway Street in reference to a medical issue involving drugs. Upon entering the residence, EMS and police officers observed the suspect sitting on the floor and appearing to be unconscious. One of the officers conducted a protective sweep and located a spoon with a white residue. Once the suspect regained consciousness, he allegedly stated that he had recently snorted and smoked heroin.
