More Information A Greensburg man was arrested on a warrant for allegations of escape, a level 6 felony; resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor; and criminal mischief, a class B misdemeanor. 32-year old Carl Keihn was originally charged in Decatur County Superior Court on February 9th. According to court documents, two Greensburg Police Department officers went to the suspect's residence to serve a warrant issued by Ripley County. Officers notified Community Corrections of the visit since the suspect was on house arrest. After knocking on the door, one of the officers heard the suspect exit through a window on the west end of the residence. Officers pursued the suspect on foot, but lost him when he crossed Park Road. An employee from Community Corrections was able to locate the suspect's ankle bracelet in a wooded area between Park Road and Parkside Drive. The ankle bracelet had been cut or torn on the rubber part that secures it to the ankle.
