More Information A Dublin, Ohio man was charged in Decatur County Superior Court on March 7th. 21-year old Kenneth Holley is accused of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor. According to court documents, a Greensburg Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle with no rear bumper. After approaching the vehicle, the officer reported that he smelled an odor commonly associated with an alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle. The suspect allegedly had glassy, bloodshot eyes and slow speech. The officer conducted one field test at the scene, which the suspect allegedly failed. Due to rain, the officer asked the suspect to come to the jail to perform other tests. The suspect is said to have failed the other two tests. The suspect gave verbal consent to a certified breath test with a result of .09%. The suspect was remanded to custody of the Decatur County Jail staff.
