BONDUEL- The Shawano County 4-H held their 5th annual 4-H Experience Sunday at the Bonduel High School Commons.
Recognition was given to Reilly Peterman for the Junior Leadership and Junior Achievement Awards, Jed Dallas and Laura Aprill for Junior Leadership and Alex Sievert, Garrett Borley and Macy Westphal for Junior Achievement, Tiffany Drzewiecki, Paula Peterman and Chelsea Bucholz won the Senior Youth Leadership and Senior Achievement awards and Aly Dallas won the Senior Youth Leadership and Courtney Machmueller won the Senior Achievement.
There was also recognition for the Forage Council Forage Contest Winners, 4-H Key Award, Club Secretary, Club Reporter, and the I Dare you Award went to Paula Peterman and Aly Dallas. The Shawano County Farm Bureau also awarded $50.00 Savings Bonds to Paula Peterman and Chelsea Buchholz for the outstanding 4-H Member awards.
Shawano County 4-H also announced the winners of the Wall of Fame, which was a new award and the names will be placed on the side of the 4-H Foodstand at the Shawano County Fairgrounds. Those honored include Don Schoedel, Hildegard Steinfest, DuWayne Ace Pitt, Twila Hildebrant, Violet Malueg, Rita Grosskopf, Dawn Gutt and Mitchell J. Bishop, all were recognized posthumously and members of the their families received the recognition for them.
