(WNAV) -- Maryland Transportation Authority Police say an Annapolis man is facing a list of charges after being pulled over on the Baltimore- Washington Parkway this weekend. Officials say 21-year-old Santorio Martin was not wearing a seat belt, had no license plate on the front of the car and a search of the vehicle followed the traffic stop. Police turned up a loaded handgun that had been reported stolen in Virginia, almost 70 grams of heroin, 28 grams of marijuana, and a digital scale. Martin is being held without bail in Anne Arundel County.
