(WNAV) -- Anne Arundel County Police have been increasing their aggressive and distracted driving enforcement efforts. On Friday morning during rush hour in Severna Park and Pasadena, officers were out in force. During the effort, officers issued 14 citations, seven warnings and four equipment repair orders. Offenses range from talking/texting on a cell phone, unsafe lane change and speeding.
And one traffic arrest was made for driving on a suspended license.

Officers from all jurisdictions will be highly visible tomorrow morning and all week to enforce safe school zones. Police encourage drivers to call 911 if you witness an unsafe driver but pull over first.
