NEWTON (WKVS) The Catawba County man who lost his wife and children eight months ago when they were murdered in their home pled guilty yesterday to drug charges. Brian Tzeo was sentenced to six months suspended probation and ordered to pay court costs. Tzeo was charged with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling to manufacture a controlled substance, and conspiracy to possess opium with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver. Tzeo now lives in Alexander County and will serve his probation there.
