Caddell Broadcasting adds 93.5 FM to The Farm - Click here to print this information

It's taken years, but Caddell Broadcasting has acquired a translator that will provide FM service throughout much of the High Country and transmit a much improved nighttime signal in Ashe County.

The new FM service, a duplicate of the AM programming, is at 93.5 on the FM dial and unlike the 580 AM frequency, does not require a decrease in power at night.

Jan Caddell, President of Caddell Broadcasting said, "We're excited about our addition and the programming opportunities it presents." WKSK began serving the area on May 27th, 1959, now in its 55th year.
