This year is the biggest year in our lifetime and for the City of Niagara, as it celebrates its 100th Anniversary! Many, many volunteers have been involved to make this so very special for everyone who attends and gets involved. Most events will take place at Heights Park, but there will be other events such as an All-School Reunion, the opening of a previous time capsule and the sealing of another one for this year, a Saturday morning parade, a beard contest, a Miss Niagara Reunion, and then there will be the huge events going on inside the park, with lots of food choices, beverages, kids activities, a gigantic fireworks, souvenirs for sale, a full-sized carnival midway with rides and games, and, of course, for many, the giant Main Stage where national, regional, state, and local performers will entertain for four big days under what will be the largest Super Canopy ever to have been seen in this area before. It will hold thousands underneath to shade them from the sun or keep them dry if any rain should pass by. The tent itself will cause quite a stir in the area, we think, when its time for it to go up.
There are 23 active committees working to make this happen, along with all of the volunteers and community supporters. Buttons to get into this wonderful celebration are available for sale along with numerous Centennial souvenirs. The price of the entry buttons are only $15, and are good for ALL four days of the park festivities. We all wanted to keep this special celebration very affordable for everyone including families.
The Carnival open on Wednesday and no button is needed for admission.

Here are the $20 Wristband hours for the Carnival at the Centennial:
Wednesday, June 25th- 2-10PM
Thursday, June 26th 2-10PM
Friday, June 27th 12-10PM
