Five people were in the vehicle along with McGuire who was fatally wounded, he died two days after being shot in the head. Two other men in the vehicle were wounded but survived the ordeal. Plumas County Superior Court Judge Ira Kaufman set a Feb. 10 arraignment date for Wallin-Reed, rejecting a defense request to lower Wallin-Reeds bail to $100 thousand dollars.
