GORGE BUSINESS OF THE DAY CONTEST RULES
KACI-FM and KCGB-FM are running a contest called Gorge Business of the Day. Entries must be received at the Bicoastal Media offices before 5pm on September 7th, 2010.
First, Second, and Third place winners names will be announced September 9, 2010.
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
No Purchase is necessary.
The daily Gorge Business of the Day will be identified through promotional announcements Monday-Friday during June, July, and August on KCGB (105.5/96.9) and KACI FM (97.7). The Business of the Day will also be identified on the website (gorgeradio.com) in the Business Directory. This is done by opening each business directory and finding the daily business with the Business of the Day phrase for that day. The Business of the Day will change daily. Contestants must keep track of all of the businesses and their featured day throughout the contest period and submit their list by the deadline (9/7/09) to qualify for the drawing.
Winners will be selected from all correctly completed entries via random drawing. Winners choose from the Gorge Business of the Day sponsors and will receive a gift certificate from the selected business. First Prize is $1000, Second Prize is $500, and Third Prize is $250. In the event of an insufficient number of correct entries, a random drawing from all entries will be held.
Employees of Bicoastal Media, Sponsors of this contest, their representatives and their families or households are ineligible to win.
All contest entries are the property of Bicoastal Media.
All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that Bicoastal Media has the right to publicize, and/or broadcast his/her name, character, likeness or voice.
Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any/all taxes incurred on prizes received. In the event a winner chooses not to accept the grand prize, they will forfeit any and all claims to the prize, which can then be awarded to another entry at the discretion of Bicoastal Media. All major prizes will be given away by Bicoastal Media; odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries.
